DEI On Call

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is essential for every institution and organization. It requires lots of time, energy, expertise, and an on-going commitment. Many of those who are prioritizing DEI need support or assistance but not to the extent of a full-scale consult, which can be outside of their budget or their needs. That might mean that an organization or institution is committed to DEI work internally but also needs some external support to help ensure they are making the most thoughtful and equitable decisions possible.

That’s why I am offering a “DEI On Call” package for a handful of clients. The “DEI On Call” package is an affordable support package for institutions and organizations who might have questions, need support, or need an outside DEI expert to review their plans policies, programming, or procedures.

“DEI On Call” is a good fit for you if:

  • You have questions or need a thought partner related to DEI or a DEI initiative.

  • You want feedback on a document, plan, policy, or issue.

  • You want help clarifying or ensuring that programs, policies, or procedures are equitable.

  • You want to ensure that your process (such as hiring, admissions, recruitment, retention) is equitable.

  • You need specific DEI resources for your organization/institution.

  • You need assistance with buy-in or transition.

  • You need assistance/advice with any DEI issue.

Full-scale consultation work with Marcelius might be a better fit for you if:

  • You need more than advice/support and are in need of assistance drafting, creating full scale policies/plans, or long-term consulting/external work (more than 6 months)
